A B = C: A Poker Gambler’s Worth is Determined by His Bottom Line

How accurate is up to you. I tend to consider that hourly details and that type of personal information is not needed. Basically work out how much in front you are and how much (if anything) you’ve taken out. Certainly, if you lose, note that too, regardless of how much it it might pain you.
Do not forget to record what sort of game you’re gambling on, if that is imperative to you. (In my experience, most players keep to what they know and do not try something they do not know. If all you do is keep up, down and what you’ve taken out, you’re light years in front of a majority of gamblers around!)
Provide yourself actual ambitions, such as a ‘dream’ goal (new auto, holiday or anything else). When you take out, add the money withdrawn to your dream counter. The greater the success you have, the nearer that goal will be!
